As a Freelance Assessor with a background working across a range of organisations both in-house and providing services to third parties in Health and Social Care, including Children and Young People, I also provide assessment and training in generic subjects, including Cleaning, Business Admin and Customer Service. Alongside working with Day 1 enrollment candidates my experience and flexibility allows me to take over caseloads partway through the qualification, assess the shortfall and build a strategy with the learner and their employers to recover the situation and get them back on target.
