First Generation IT Outsourcing
Commercial lead for a 1st generation IT Infrastructure Outsourcing programme for a client who’s rapid organic growth had led to the development of separate operational entities across Europe, APMEA and the US. This was designed and sourced to leverage the combined scale of a client’s Logistics businesses in Europe and Asia by integrating the two regional operations to create a combined operating model. This integrated model included a closely aligned technology sourcing and the creation of a Cloud-first approach and shared centre of excellence in both regions.

We were working with a client that was was looking to maintain and future-proof their position as a preeminent professional body worldwide within their field against a backdrop of digitisation and disruption in the professional education market. This had lead to a new Digital Target Operating Model being developed that required a realignment and renegotiation of the core IT delivery partners to allow the 3-year change programme and roadmap to be executed.

Cohort learner re-engagement
A provider unable to recruit an assessor to cover learners in two residential care homes 50 miles apart meant no course induction and no progress or visits have taken place six months into the 15-month programme. The provider also wanted the learners completed on time and added functional skills in Maths, Literacy and ICT, a challenge given the trust and relationship between the learners, workplaces, and the provider needed to be re-established. We reengaged the learners and managers followed by induction into the Management Level 3 qualification using the e-portfolio system, thus allowing progress to be made while delivering a quality service and worthwhile learning experience. Taking a holistic, planned and focused approach learner progress was up to 80% with all portfolios successfully completing IQA checks within 6 months and made this a rewarding contract to deliver.
